Yup, don't use damage panel for now. It's the other mod affecting damage panel, trying to find out which one. Probably outdated contour icons. Yes, don't install outdated icons.

Delete lobby.swf, it comes with contour icons.

I wasn't telling that your issue is from XVM, I was only warning about such possibility, because it may cause unpredicted results. Try without crew auto return mod, and if you still have this problem try without tech-tree mod. Nope, still searching.

Please don't report problems related to XVM, it's very bugged today, before you report a problem today, remove XVM completly then try to play again

Remove XVM and play few battles, if your problem is gone, it was XVM issue

We have a the 9.19 around the corner (RU received it today). Not sure if we can troubleshoot it now, before the update.

What is frequency of occurence? Does it happens right away or randomly?

You cannot, RU received 9.19. and that guy udated version number on the server side, it will stop when I update to 9.19 too, or find another trick.

I've got a good news. Managed to do it myself. Already downloaded all NA and ASIA icons, it's processing EU now. I belive EU will take more time, like 3 days maybe, shall see.

I would ask MapRotation author. I cannot help you.
