Getting the same issue here on 6.2.2.01

select all my normal mods the installer seems to do everything right. but then in game/ port nothing shows up? am running the newest download and the most recent patch of the game

It seems random options are greyed out and not selectable? Things as simple as enemy colour/friend colours. Sounds for 6th sense, play when clicked but are greyed out etc. any help?

Seen a few streamers have this on but cant find where it comes from?
