I've reinstalled the mod pack multiple times and allowed the mod pack through my firewall, but it's one of the few mods that won't install.

I don't think it's my windows defender because that's off and I've even tried to use alternate internet connections and it still won't work

I'm just curious, but I can download the mod pack, itself, just fine, but when I try to download the mods I want from the pack it drolls on and on and eventually says it's can't pick up the server/ can't connect to the server, but downloading the pack itself was easy to download and took, what, 1 minute tops? is this a personal computer problem or is it something within the mod pack itself? I'd really like some sort of awnser because this is kinda odd as this is the first time this has happened.

Glad we had this discussion because it works now! Added it as an exception to my firewall and it loaded it just fine. :)

I've tried several different versions of the 9.13 XVM modpack and every time I download it, it starts the crew voice pack (Duke Nukem [Alternative]) and stops before even completing 1 MB then skips on to the next item and says it's complete but I test out the game with the mod and it's the generic WoT crew voice pack. Is it a computer error or a mod error? This isn't the only voice pack I've tried that's had this same result....
