I do know both furutaka and amagi have multiple hulls that have different texture files because items such as the superstructure change. it is possible the skins are only made for the top hull. if ur on a stock hull, the skin won't show up. But without screenshots, that's all I can think of

Is it possible to mod in the sound effect of shells hitting enemy ships from the closed beta? here is a video that shows the sound affect I'm after. I'm guessing such a mod can't be made as I'm guessing the sound effect is no longer in the game, but I thought I would ask.

well it didn't work. So I went to properties, and I want to the Security tab. I clicked on advanced. The first screenshot shows the screen that popped up. I then clicked on "Change" right next to owner, and the second screenshot popped up.

haven't tried it yet. I posted this just before I went to bed and I have to work today. i'll try it this evening.

So whenever I try to open the _Aslain_Logs folder or move it anywhere(mainly attach it here to report bugs) or do anything, it says I don't have permission to do that. Any idea of how to fix that? attached are screenshots of the error message. I know it I could contact an administrator, but I am the admin on my computer. I am the only account on there.

I have had the same problem with the Chinese port. I have reinstalled multiple times and nothing changed. attached are logs. or they would be, but "You do not had permission to open the file. Contact file owner to receive permission." Why am I getting this message? I should maybe start a new thread for that, but once I get it figured out, I'll attach logs here to help with this problem.

Is there a way to get the Yet Another Zoom Out mod and Smoke Screen Rings to work together? Since I drive DDs a lot, smoke screen rings would be very helpful, but I can't stand the field of without the zoom out mod. Does anyone know of a way to make both of them work together?

thanks for that. I downloaded and installed, but i'm still having the same problem I listed above. the post battle results screen is all messed up. I've attached screenshots for more clarity. And this is the results of a co-op battle, not a training room battle.

The training room enabler doesn't work. It doesn't show the option when choosing battle type. I asked my friend to send me the files that should enable it, and they did, but the battle results screen broke. It would say that I got null xp, and wouldn't list any one on the team scores. so I reinstalled aslain's and made sure the training room enabler was checked and I did the clean install, and training room still isn't an option. attached are the aslain_logs and python.log files. _Aslain_logs.zip python.log
