Long time ago, I had enabled the mob that altered the HE shell, AP, speed boost, def aa, etc changed to various kancolle themed icons. Since the 5. rework, i have lost that but in this recent modpack, I can't seem to find the specific mod anymore. Probably could've been removed but I was hoping it was renamed or something.

I must have missed something but I don't quite understand the circles save for fire range in this. I'm in a New york in that match. Actually in the next match, those lines are gone.
