Yes. The May Marathon flag appears as the IRN Ensign. Each Russian Navy Ensign appears as something different like the Jolly Roger. The IJN Ensigns appear as the Black "ALPHA" tester ensign, but sometimes in game they don't appear at all and revert back to the standard Japanese national flag. I've also noticed that some signal flags appear incorrectly with this mod applied. Zulu is the most noticable and its appearance changes depending on the particular signal. It looks one way on the credit boostong "Zulu" and looks entirely different on "Zulu Hotel"...Hope this helps in finding a solution.
