Get Turret Fixed When Rotating Vehicle in Snipe Mode

got the answer myself, just turn on Dynamic Camera function on in settings, not idea why it has been turn-off when update to 9.21.0.2 -
The turret also rotates when I rotate vehicles in snipe mode, any new mod(or lack of some mods?) causing this? It seems not like this before 9.21.

IIRC, in-game camo calculator has been announced legit. So any chance including this in the the pack next patch?
