found issue. Windows Start screen program was stopping the Launcher

restarted, updated, downloaded the new modpac. turned off all virus software. install still does not launch i was able to launch the last modpac 9.17.0.1_21 tried to launch 9.17.1_04 will not launch

We call that the Gates effect. going to restart and try again

I did check that thread shutting off virus scan and trying again. virus system off same issue.

I have tried downloading from every mirror and direct. when I clic on file it will not open. had same issue last patch update but after 2 days and you updates it opened. _Aslain_logs.zip python.log
