that was the problem,they were installing to the wrong folder,changed to wot na and every thing now works.no clue why there are 2 folders,but now i know where the problem is at if it does it again...thanks

i think there are 2 folders,wot,and wot na.maybe if i tried installing it in the na one.let me try it and see what happens.ill report later.

installed mod pack 4 times,when i open the game mods havent been installed.i looked in the wot directory,and it shows the mods installed,but once again when you open the game straight wg,no mods.so i noticed whe i open the mod pack i see this.....not sure if this is the problem or not

worked on microsoft edge.so for what ever reason it dosent work on firefox.so have to monkey with that later and see whats up with it now.ty

nope,not bsod,just a blue screen when you click on any link,and it goes to a blue sreen that says logo,or it goes to a screen that says malicous advert report.doesnt matter which link you click on,direct or any of the other ones.sreen like this,or that

i cant download the mod pack,every link gives me either a blue screen with the word logo in small letters in the center,or a screen that says malicous advert report.i was able to down load it from wot mod hub.no clue as to why its doing this.

worked for a couple of hours and back to diconnecting...oh well

finally got the server disconnects to stop.ran a program called temp file cleaner,by old timer,c-cleaner,and windows disc clean up.cleaning out the registry ,of all the temp files and junk,cleared out about 7 gigs of junk.now it just occasionally does the ctd.theres a mod conflict somewhere,guessing one of the sound mods or battle assistant,they seem to be the usual culprits.almost wanna say its battle assistant,as it seems to only do it when i switch arty views.anyway,its not perfect,but its alot better than it was.give those things a try and see if they help.oh,btw,always make a system restore point on your computer before you do this,on the off chance you do something wrong,so you can restore it back to where it was.

well maybe they will get it sorted out at some point,not you,them.guess ill just deal with it for the time being

ok maybe like this i hope python.log tried updating xvm,rolled back video card driver,did the wg check,still keeps doing it.havent tried playing in safe mode,dont want to do that,as game is rather visually boring with out mods

getting disconnected about every 3-5 minutes.read someone elses post about changing back to pack 3,helped very little.so this is the python logs for the last couple of hours.mayb you can make heads or tails out of it.i have no clue what its saying.

noticed a few things as well.auto login,aslains otm markers,2nd ww gun and engine sounds,damage panels,dont remember which one i was using though.and xvm,i know,that one will get fixed later.not worried about it.game is still playable,when they get fixed they get fixed.

tried going back to 16b,still installing eu clan icons instead of na clan icons.also noticed xvm has stopped working ,for what ever reason

well after 3 days of trying to download,with no sucsess,i was about ready to pull my hair out[thats alot of hair to pull out]was reading thru the posts here again.since firefox refused to download,decided i had nothing to loose trying chrome.ill be dammed if it didnt download,slow but it downloaded.dont know what firefoxes issue is,but atleast got the mods back in and working.

think it was the gun sounds.zorgaines was disableaed,and it defaulted to 6.7 sounds.changed to 9.13 sounds,and game loaded normal.

cant log into game.keep getting this message,connection to server has been interupted.reason:unsyncronization of components related to vehicals.{1001}.dont know if this is a mod bug,in game bug or something else completely.

dont know what i did but it finally decided to down load

doing the same thing to me.box pops up in bottom right corner and just sits there and flickers till you close adfly.does the same thing on all the links

some times the game locks up,crashes ect.and its not the mod pack causing it.then they tell you you need to delete the game and do a clean install.try this first.create a second wot launcher,right click on it and go to properties.youll see a box that says target,Tanks\World of Tanks Launcher .exe,click next to the .exe,hit your space bar once and put,-integrity_default_client.hit apply then ok,then restart the game with that launcher,and it will scan the game for errors and repair as needed.found this on youtube years ago,works pretty good,and saves you from deleting and reinstalling the game.

worked for 4 matches,then screwed up again.oh well,try something else.didnt install till patch 5,when i got on this evening

dissabled the gun sounds,gnome fathers i belive,played a couple of matches so far with no problems.seems to me ,the gun sounds always seem to be the culprit
