large number of maps not showing tactical data

Can someone help me put a name to this feature on loading to battle that is covering up what I want to see, so I can remove it?

as I said in post, I do NOT have this issue in SAFE MODE (no mods) and I really need some help, the issue is chronic.

I have been experiencing client crash when exiting battle to garage for some time now, if I start in safety mode it does not do this. Can you help me find the culprit? Aslains_WoT_Logs.zip

I can not locate a 'commander' option of any kind on the page, sound or otherwise.

About 4 months ago, sound mods of any sort stopped working for me, I have tried several and all I get is wot default. I would really like to get julie back online, tired of guys-russian-french....
