And the issue with BO?

Not as yet, no.

I feel I havent gotten the problem I have across properly. The picture attatched is how I have Battle Observer selected in the installer, yet BO's pen indicator still appears for me. As for MoE, I know that is where the options have moved to, but changing the selection in that menu has no effect on which version appears for me in battle.

For half a dozen or so modpack versions, mod selections, both choosing while in the installer, and menus in-game haven't been functioning properly. For instance, I have Battle Observer selected, but not the checkbox that adds that version of a penetration indicator, yet it still appears ingame. Another example, is MoE Extended (as of typing this, I have not tried the modpack for v.1.02.1 #6.) No matter which version I select through the ingame menu, I always have the minimal version. I've tried full clean installs. A couple, in fact. Problem persists.

Whenever I select a feature of EAI, I always end up with the full version. Even of full clean, and re-install. Pathfinder just refuses to install now as well.
