Found the problem. It has to do with UT announcer. I think the font for that conflicts with the tank names somehow both are different or font size. Soon as I removed that mod it fixed itself.

(update)Problem was the UT announcer mod. Soon as I removed it the problem went away. Names over tanks on main screen of player names or tank names are missing letters or letters in players names on certain tanks or random. Aslains_WoT_Logs.zip
