Issues loading into garage after match

When I complete a match and load back into the garage all that loads up none of the interface and menu GUI will load. All I see it the tank and graphical background nothing else. I even try and press ESC to get the quit game window and that don't even show up. Please help I have to quit the game after ever match and reload to get into a new match.
