Cannot seem to find the file to download and run. Please provide a link.

After installing the last couple of updates, I loose the ability to communicate with the team by text. The box turns green and I cannot type on it. Any suggestions?? Attached is a screenshot and the log file. Aslains_WoWs_Logs.zip
