Is it possible to have a in game players panel similar to that in World of Tanks, that you can switch between players name, ship name etc? Thanks.

I used to use a mod called "The Big Packs Of WWII Propaganda Music" but recently this mod has not been updated. I have put numerous requests in to the creator to update but with no success. Is it possible for someone with more knowledge about sound mods to take this mod and update it to the latest release please, then include it in your mods?
