I downloaded the 9.15.1 and is seems i can select the mods to install. There are no blue dots on the selections and even if i click and install nothing happens

I load the game and when i press battle it shows the players and then game crushes. I have tried to delete all files from res mods but then game doesnt load. I have disabled tweaks and ingame update. Have done clean install but nothing changes. Currently i cant play at all, any help??

In 9.5 the binoculars, camo net and repair kit were transfered automatically now they dont
