  1. Retraced all my steps, found my mistake, everything is working as finely as it does with WoT... Sorry... Thread can be closed or deleted..
  2. Sorry, install process was not as successful as I thought... Needs further testing _Aslain_logs.zip
  3. Ship skins to indicate citadel hits... weak spots and so on... Just trolling... :P But seriously, maybe just a red targeted ship outline so that ennemy ships are better visible, and friendly ships with a green outline, in the hope that those crazy YOLO torpedo gunhos won'T launch their torpedoes from a distance where they only can and will hit frinedlies, but never will or even could hit ennemies... This would be so great, a torpedo range indicator that gives an audio warning "too far away, IDIOT" Or "Friendly ship between you and ennemy, TRAITOR"
  4. I actually don't think that aimbots in WoWS will give you/the aimbot user a significant advantage over other players. In this game, you only succeed with situational awareness, you have to know when anwhere to move, chosing fights wisely. It is not about running at full speed in straight lines blasting from all guns at every single available and unavailable target. Dumb captains will play like this and pray that your ennemy team has more of them than you do, but their carreers will be short lived. Every ship that sails into a cloud of ennemies wil be takewn down in a very short time, even fast and maneuvrable destroyers... The key to success is knowing when to engage and when to seek cover, when to follow the pack to get easy kills and when to roam deserted map parts. Now, for the aimbot's use in WoWS. Aiming manually for me is fun and I admit that I often hit true but I also often miss. Mostly this has nothing to do with my bad aiming, but with the situational awareness of my opponent. He turns or slows or both, when he sees me firing. As I often prefer to engage at long distances, my shells fly 5s+ to the designated target. This allows even Battleships to alter course... At least in theory... :) When I die, it's ibecause I get tunnel vision and want to focus on that targeted ennemy alone, ignoring the threats his buddies pose.... I cannot predict Wargaming's reaction to this "aim assist", they might even integrate it, maybe for coop battles or for captains up to service rank 3 or something, but the original gun scope provides us with almost every information we need to get a firing solution, we see the distance and flight time, we can see the cours and estimate/calculate the ennemy's position by the end of flight time, we can estimate it'S speed from the smoke over the ships and so on... We pretty much always have enough time to estimate our own firing solution, and, seriously, in times where we do not, aim-assist will not help as you won't have the time to align the turrets neither... So, for all those who will use it, do it, and let me taste your sweet precious tears, when you get owned by someone who drives smartly and outmaneuvers you every time...
