the new mod for the Interface is update for both version.. can be used fine now :> it included with Seeker extended tech tree too. yes.. you can add it .. go ahead :> but I kinda worry on the gui mod would crash each other, would you set it separated? the skin is always no problem to add anyway xD

sorry to tell you sir, I not a part of his mod, and most skin were made by me. that website link above totally separated from him. I am your aslain's mod fan, so don't expected me to reject it too ^^
