XVM info do not work

In your logs:                                servicesActive=false

 

You have not activated them on the XVM website (mandatory every 2 weeks).

it was activited (10 days and some hour left) i reset  the counter again ....

According to logs XVM services were inactive. Strange.

@Geolab15 xvm.log is incomplete. ends up in the most important moment ;)

 

Maybe turn off the game first then generate the logs.

According to logs you haven't activated the XVM services for that account.

Hi,

 

I activated my XVM for this account (i've got only this one and did the same thing as usual) like i said it was working great before update could it be something else blocking they info from coming in. I'm trying to download new update and it doesn't work.

Me again problem solved with new update and a lot of reset on my XVM account  it finaly is working ???????
