Mods work until I load into battle then there is no UI

I recently updated WoWS from a couple patches ago and when I downloaded and installed the current modpack everything seems to work fine. When I start a battle though after the loading screen the UI doesn't appear. If I run the game in safe mode with no mods everything work properly.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Caused by broken crosshair Rising Star, will update this mod today to fix it.
