Mod to Add/Remove Signals as by Group

There a chance anybody can make a mod that lets you create a group for a specific set of signal flags that you can then apply/remove in bulk to a ship?

 

For example,  ranked battles, I use the standard set of perks,  but random battles, i might switch to some premium flags. 

 

Just looking for an easier way to do these than 1 at a time.
