New patch not working

new patch for 1.3.0.1 will not activate / work on my WOT.

Is there anything that I can do? I am trying another MOD but don't really enjoy it much. Would rather use Aslain!

Clarification

I just downloaded the latest MOD from Aslain. It installs normally like it has in the past.... but when I start the game.... the garage still has 2 rows of tanks and I always select 3 rows. 

The mod doesn't appear to have loaded.

I have used Aslain for years without issue ..... Is there something new that I have to do when installing to get the mod to work?

any help would be greatly appreciated.
