OTM animated reload circle with windows 10

running the latest modpack v 4.4.28.1

everything worked brilliantly and then i chose to upgrade from win7 to win10 this morning

update worked perfectly, but something is colliding

now my animated reload circle looks like this.

 

 

tried reinstalling the modpack but no change

any ideas?

 

win10 pro insider preview 10130

r9 280x, latest catalyst drivers

Have you tried adding the required fonts to your fonts directory?

tried the fonts

also tried the compatibility mode

still the same.

it's like the mod is loading the wrong font..

This problem pops up from time to time. 

 

Aslain got it figured out. 

 

If I remember correctly you should go into Windows font folder 

and delete every font called something with xvm. 

Then download and install Aslains fontpack.

Does not help, there are fonts missing from that package

Its good it worked out. 

 

Every mod uses somewhat different fonts and if they are

missing in Windows it can be timeconsuming to find out which one. 

 

Youre new post should be renamed (more general) and pinned.
