Latest patch for WOWS 0.5.0: AVG says has a Trojan

Recommended Posts

My AVG says your download for WOWS 0.5.0 has a Trojan detected in:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\is-MR537.tmp\isslideshow.dll

Has anybody had a problem with this?

I have not had this issue with Aslain's modes before, so something seems amiss.

Yup, I'm getting the same thing.

Here's what I've done so far:

Verified AVG was up-to-date.

Send file to Virus Vault, submitted to AVG for analysis.

Aslain, please please fix this! I like your mod pack, and the set up I have, I've grown used to, to the point where playing vanilla just feels awkward and clunky.

Nothing to fix, my modpack is ok, it's your AV going nuts. All is perfectly fine with my modpack.

I have AVG too but there are no notifications on my end with the specified mod pack.

Edit:

As of 15:00 I'm also getting the trojan notification. Only happens to the WoWs one and not the WoT one. Any clues on this aslain?

I get the following "Runtime Error (at -1;0):

Can not Import

dll: <utf8>C:\users\BohicaXX\Appdata\Local\Temp\is-KMK3M.tmp\isslideshow.dll,

Then my AVG kicks in and says there is a trojan horse Generic_s.FKH

Other than that I love these Mods, and never had an issue before.
