The filename linked is the wrong one - just change 14 to 15, and it'll work.

but ur Installer, doesnt create the battle_elements.xml, which is needed to use Navigator and Running Lights. So this both mods dont working at moment

I use Major Renegades Player Panel and the size is smaller then before and the right panel have not right typing..mean the T6 Bayern lookd : IV nreyaB  as exampüle..but it only was at enemy side
