Hey all,

I got list of cheaters banned in first ban wave. I made icons for everyone of them, so they can be easily identified in battle. All you need is to use XVM with enabled clan icons.

What would be the point of this mod?

Putting a label on people that were caught, most of which probably dropped those mods, to avoid getting permanently banned.

So what will it do? Make people teamkill them for having used cheats in the past, screwing up the entire team, not just one persons game? :)

Hey Quaksen,

there was many requests for this "mod" in our community. First of all, I don't think, that ppls dropped those mods, because WG does not have mechanics how to detect them. All those banned ppls had Pmod (or other mods/modpacks from ptrotanki) or official WG mod for top tankers installed. Those mods are reporting your mods to WG. I personally know many ppls, that used banned modifications all the time and they were not banned. This info is "public secret" and if you will, you can find it easily. And yes, I'm using this mod (xvm ch icons) too and saw many previously banned ppls using banned modifications in this time too (mainly falling objects on minimap). So from my point of view is good to be informed about those players, who cheated :)

I've had similar mod in the past. It has ended up it that it was not updated (that was reason of removal from the modpack) but also I received tons of request, from listed people asking me to be removed. Many said they were innocent, the others promised to not cheat and what not. That modpack has probably biggest range, so when I add it, it will be a real deal for that people, to be stigmated.

I am not sure what to do at this time.

Dont think adding a list of cheaters holds any point.  You have to remember some of these people were banned (including my friend who started a new account at same time as me and we got some premiums, using no mods he got a ban and i got a suspicion flag even though he has never had a single mod installed and i used is aslains mod pack.  Not everyone who got banned was cheating itsall down to people reporting you for being better than your stats say you are, so you must be using hacks.  its why war gaming just have stated they dont have to prove it just "suspect you" and apparently killing unic*nts as a tomato, you must be cheating how else did we kill them.........

Personally Aslain,  my friend is going to be on that list as he got a 7 day ban, i was playing with him at his house and he has zero mods, he laughs at me using tank skins and other mods.  his stats on his real main account over past month for the past 6 months have been blue and purple, like me he started playing tanks for kicks and didnt know about "stats"  hence why he was starting fresh as he didnt want to reroll.  he has now gone back to his main account after he got flagged.  its what we get for playing one tree only and getting to t6 tanks so quickly together with green to purple wn8 every day.  knowledge is power but according to the sour grapes who reported us both to get us in trouble we were cheating.  You know I defend your mod pack everytime i see someone saying your mod pack got them banned etc etc.

and my friend who did not cheat and does not even have one single mod installed on his computer, he is on that list so you are listing his name as a cheater yet all he did was roll a second account with me, laughing at me for adding tank skins and the like, calling me a noob and he is not the only person who has been banned for "player reported incidents.

Personally my thought on the whole subject of the fair play policy is this.... The only way that cheaters are going to go away is if mods all together get banned from the game and when that day comes it's gonna be a sad day.... I know people still are using cheats and have to deal with the majority of them on a daily basis while playing the game. If wargaming was really doing what they said they were doing then the game would be a lot better than what it is today but it's not. People shooting through hills and solid buildings or with some kind of auto aim bot that leads the target or map mods that let the enemy know when trees go down or buildings get crushed, not getting spotted and somehow losing full health from arty shot while sitting stationary with a camo net.... all things I still deal with regularly..... So where is wargamings "detection of illegal mods" when this happens?
