Is there a way to backup a mod set up to test others?

I've been dealing with an issue where it seems SOMETHING I've selected is both forcing vertical sync (even though it's always disabled in the in-game settings) and also turning shadow quality all the way off during the loading screen of each and every game. I like the particular way I've got everything set up, so I'd like to be able to store it but I'm wanting to test and troubleshoot myself to see if I can figure out what's causing it and disable it.

The installer is creating _Aslains_Installer_Options.inf in destination folder, it contains a list of selected mods. You can use LoadInf app (available in the in installer) to reproduce mods setup.
