Error 1392

while trying to install the mod pack _v9.19.1.1_02, I got an error message Error 1392: the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.  I will post a picture of the error message.  Could my firewall from my anti-virus or malware cause this or something else entirely?

This is a local issue, something on your PC is causing this. Cannot tell what, might be a lot of things, like av, user settings, windows configuration, faulty hardware etc.

OK, thank you Aslain for clarifying that it's something with my computer.  I will try to do more research and see if I can get this sorted out and not have this problem again.
