If you want a bar behind shape adjust height & width of stripe.
Select options or preset, Click Generate to preview. Download when happy.
Unzip. Keep folder structure
Convert .png to .dds (Can do it
here
online). Replace .png with the .dds
Rezip with compression set to "store".
Change .zip to .wotmod then place in C:\Games\World_of_Tanks_EU\mods\
