Is there a mod that gets rid of the clouds and sky effects?

Was wondering if anyone has done a mod that get rid of the clouds and Sky Effects they keep adding in... Would like just a simple sky that does not effect FPS in multi-monitor setups -
The one WG enabled looks very very shitty. Can we get the one that was previously available to replace it. Thanks in advance. Niko
