Found the bug long time ago, but just have the time to report now. Sorry if it's already reported. The Kancolle Achievments mod seems to be extracted in the wrong directory. Instead of the res_mod directory, the images (inside gui\achievment) were extracted into the game directory.

Anyone got the new value for the ConsumerCamera.xml?
