Same problem here, but probably a WoT issue rather than mod issue. I'll try not running Chrome and see if that helps.

One of the mod from 9.16.06 is causing fps drop for me. It goes from 60 to 40 all of a sudden and moves around in that range. When opened client in safe mode (w/o mods), it keeps at 60fps constant. Any suggestion which mod can be causing it so I can unselect that? I don't have any other mods except Aslain's modpack. Thank you. Below is list of mods I have installed if needed.
