@Aslain just received weird mails about my post above, seems scammers have access to this maybe delete my post as buying a new GPU has solved that issue. It was hardware related...

the removal of flags is linked to the GDPR or AVG, user's nationalities are marked as privacy so that's why they're uninstalled or no longer utilized. As Alsain states this is still visible for people who mark the flag in XVM but not sure how long this will still be around as WG already turned the function off.
