exitium

Its strange, after I edit the hitLog.xc file, save it the changes used to take place immediately upon entering next mission, without having to exit game or anything. Now it doesnt see to recognize the change. I shutdown, restart WoT and on the battle loading screen there is an error i the info window below roster stating that the hitlog file cant be found. I reinstall the mod and it works again.

I was previously using 3.9.9 and moved my hitlog panel to the bottom of the screen by simply changing the Y location value in hitLog.xc and it worked wonderfully. In the latest version however when I change that value it doesnt move and additionally messes up stats and such. Any suggestions on how to move where the hitlog appears?
