All settings set to lowest

After some more fiddling I found the issue seems to be under dyndecals/, I'm not quite sure if one file or all of them are giving trouble but deleting the entire directory from the mod allows the game to load properly. Thanks for your time Aslain, it's appreciated :D

Compresed textures mod crashes the game. Game works properly without mods, installing compressed textures (even while every other mother is not installed) causes the game to crash before reaching Port and removing it allows the game to work fine. Using the latest version of the installer, tried clearing cache, only this mod (of the ones I use) seems to cause it. Aslains_WoWs_Logs.zip
