  1. Here's the python log for that time period when the crash occurred. I renamed it pathon02.log and started a new python log but I've only played the Mars event mode since the new log started. One more piece of info, I've played quite a few Mars games and have had no crashes in that game mode. python02.log
  2. More info regarding this issue that happened again a few minutes ago. I'm attaching screenshots. One shows the moment the game froze at ending. Note the damage-done panel is missing all data, and the performance summary is all zeroes. But, by using Replay Manager, I was able to take a screenshot of the actual results of that game. Strange.
  3. Thank you, attached is the log folder. Aslains_WoT_Logs.zip The game crash occurred a few minutes ago, around 1550 CST, 17 May 2023.
  4. Anyone else experiencing a game crash where the game freezes at the very end, just after the "Victory" or "Defeat" banner? I then have to manually close the game and restart. I checked game integrity but that didn't resolve the issue. Seems to happen randomly so playing in safe mode isn't a good indicator of whether this glitch is caused by a mod.
  5. Yes, I can confirm installing v1.17.1.3 #02 fixed the issue for me, thank you!
  6. Experiencing same issue (shadow artifact at top left of screen). It happens only with Frontline, not when I play random battles. To clear the bug, I have to reboot the game client. A key problem with this pop-up shadow artifact is that the area behind it becomes unresponsive (so I can't activate personal reserve boosters, manage the tank crew, etc.)
  7. Ah, yes, operator error again! I was selecting the LOADINFO installer rather than the modpack installer. Once I made that correction, it worked just fine. Thanks very much.
  8. I attempted to share my mod settings on a new PC. I followed the read.me instructions and placed the 3 files in same folder (my WoT root folder). The GUI window opened and I followed each step and selected the appropriate files. When I pressed the third button, the modpack installation didn't initiate. Instead, it opened a new GUI window, which I completed as before, but the same thing happened again. It was an unending do-loop. Am I doing something wrong? Any idea how to make it work? Thank you.
  9. Yep, delete cache was checked so a self-inflicted wound. I have no idea why I chose to delete my game cache several mod pack updates ago ... I suppose it was ignorance as to what "game cache" includes. Thank you very much (from a bit less ignorant WoT player).
  10. At this file location, my "users" folder is empty after each modpack installation: C:\Users\"USERNAME"\AppData\Roaming\Wargaming.net\WorldOfTanks\xvm\users\. As a result, things like my carousel reserve tanks (reserve.dat) are gone/deleted and I have to resave them all individually inside the game client. I noticed my reserve tanks were not saved with each new modpack install starting with Aslain v1.14.1.3_01, or perhaps even earlier with v1.14.1.2_xx. I finally did some researching and isolated the problem with the empty "users" folder. As a work around, I am copying my "users" folder to a backup location and then with each new modpack install, I'm pasting my "users" folder where they should be. It's saving me from having to reselect my reserve tanks for each of my WoT accounts, which was a real pain.
  11. Having same issue. Tried rolling back to #00 but it didn't fix the issue. The game works for me in safe (vanilla) mode, or if I temporarily disable (rename) this folder: res_mods/mods/xfw_packages, which then, I can play with some non-xvm mods running.
