This seems like some mod related issue. As I too don't have resources.xml in my game files.

Translating WoT modpack / installer language files
MGIMATTY replied to Aslain's topic in General Discussion
I'm having next to no time at all to play games or translate anymore due to my internship. If anyone from the Dutch community wishes to pick up where I left off, please do send me a PM. That would free me up to start looking into that weblate thing requested ages ago. -
As for all programs, make sure your windows, java and .net is always updated. This will prevent most issues.

Yeah that's not helping us very much. Try adding logs to your report and we might be able to help you.

To change the selected mods you have installed, just rerun the installer and select the ones you want to try.

Translating WoT modpack / installer language files

I'll try to post an update for the Dutch language files tomorrow. Sorry for taking forever and a day. -
Your email address functions as a GUID (Global Unique IDentifier) or a primary key in wargaming's databases. Therefor it is not possible to have multiple accounts on one email address. Consider using a gmail account or something similar for one of the two of you :)

If you tick the clean install box you'll be all set

My bet is on you running the installer without it having administrative rights, thus it being unable to write to disk. Run the program as an administrator by right clicking and try again :)

The time it takes depends, as stated above, on the speed of your computer. Faster ones can do this under the minute whilst on slower machines this can take up to 5 minutes or more. (Though after half an hour you can terminate it. It is more likely it froze if it takes that long)

Good day Commander! This field manual is about Windows 10 and the installer. As windows 10 handles its text display feature differently than windows 8.x and earlier versions, We came to notice that the new default settings are 150% of the original text. Normally this won't have any effect on what you see, apart from the letters being larger, but it has triggered a unusual side effect in the installer. The effect itself is that sometimes the buttons allowing you to progress through the installation are hidden from view and can only be retrieved in some cases. As a workaround you can adjust your display settings to match the old values (The old value is 100%). The support wing of the armed forces is hard at work to look for a fix regarding the issue. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact HQ. PS. I might do a series of these field manuals regarding common issues with the installer, but only if you would like me to. So please do let me know.

This is part of the core functionality of how camera positions work in WoT. The camera centers on what it thinks is the thing you centered on when switching to a different perspective. Contact Wargaming for further information :)

Happy to be of service.

Try disabling your antivirus software. They sometimes cause issues.

You'll need them both to be [ ] as the options are in a array format. Like http://php.net/manual/en/language.types.array.php

As I have none of the issues you described I am suggesting you try to run ADW Cleaner http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/and see if it makes any difference. I'm thinking you have some adware installed that starts to become increasingly more annoying.

Translating WoT modpack / installer language files

Well yes it does and Weblate is currently bugged so I can't install it properly. I'll have to wait on the developer to fix it, but he's in no rush to do so. -
Bug installation. Cannot connect to the server.
MGIMATTY replied to ewenbegasse's topic in Issues & bug reporting
Seems more like a firewall issue as AV's rarely block connections -
Does the entire mod fail or just a part of it?

Check your DPI settings. Text sizes above the standard 100% are a part of the problem ;)

MGIMATTY replied to Killa23's topic in General Discussion
Oh well that's a rather different situation all together. What's the name of the mod you need? -
