Thanks Aslain. I did that last night after fully cleaning out my res_mods. It seemed to help (subjective), and I now think that it may be related to the HitLog. When I get a sec this evening, I will try to isolate if I can. ...and many thanks for your great compilation of mods!!!

Has anyone else experienced a significant FPS drop with the SAME mods (meaning no difference in mods from the modpack between 9.5 & 9.6) after 9.6 update? I'm using v4.2.18. Battles load slower and gameplay is chunky, around 15-20 fps now. I used to get 35+ fps solid before with the same mods and graphics settings. Even lowering the gfx settings doesn't help that much. I loath to play without certain mods, so I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this. It's rather dramatic...
