An other solution is unchecking the "Check for update in gagrage" option. This worked for me.

 

I have the same issue, but I did not check the "WOT Tweaks mod" at all...

Problem was solved by unchecking WOT Tweaks mod (strangely it appeared twice in list - have no idea why).

After the intro movie, after clicking login the game does not start and wot process is killed, too.
