SOLVED!!! ended up deleting everything from pack and redownloaded and reinstalled, works fine now

downloaded new pack, everything installed but at very end get setup popup 'access is denied'. ran in admin mode log and screenshot included Aslains_WoT_Logs.zip

had same issue awhile back...updated drivers then reinstalled mods and it was gone
