do any other add-ons have the quick repair gui feature with the ctrl key ?

Didn't the Gambiter damage panel used to have a radial repair function with the ctrl key to quickly repair damaged modules? Is this a different addon ? Is this just not in the current build yet or am i mistaken, this mod was a life saver for me and any help would be greatly appreciated.
