How to set up xvm?

Hi! I wanna set up XMV for see square marker (left bar hp) in the color of efficiency (or wn8 specif to tank or winrate specific to tank) of the tanks, not the general winrate of the player, and in the panels show name of players aswell that color.

 

How I do it?
