Historical Flags Gone?

Were the IJN rising sun flags removed for some reason? Can I get them back somehow ?

They probably aren't updated yet?

 

It's part of the changelog for the modpack:

- removed: Night battles, Historical Camo Pack 'Splinter', Functioning MS22 Camo Replacements, all flag mods by MajorRenegade, Historical Proportions flags, all contour icons except pold077, Arpeggio of Blue Steel UI Inferface by Sea Group, Battle GUI customization, Better compact carousel
