Annoying Feature Removal not working (1.5.0.4.05)

After applying AFR from the latest patch (1.5.0.4.05), it will not remove or render it.

The following AFR will not work on my set-up and are still visible;

 

                         Transparent Nation Decals, Stickers & Inscriptions

                         Transparent Clan Logos

Attach a replay from battle too. So I can check it on it.
