Is there a automatic hull lock in normal mode mod out there.

I am wondering if ther is a mod out there that is the same as the toggle hull lock in sniper mode that works for the tank in normal mode ?

 

IE i want to be able to have hull lock on by default in normal mode and hull lock off by default in sniper mode
