Badobest "Crew Perks in Battle" location

Is it possible to move the location of this mod (Kraken image and panel)?
It's locked on the middle-left of the screen and overlaps chat (that I want to mask on a stream, but this also masks the skills).

I've tried dragging the panel (no effect).

Also tried changing World_of_Warships\bin\3912232\res_mods\gui\unbound\mods\CaptainSkills.xml
6-: <bind name="top" value="stage.height/2" />
6+: <bind name="top" value="stage.height/4" />
But that just makes the mod not appear.

According to Badobest it's not movable, so maybe ask on WG forums, maybe someone else can help you with that.
