Would you post the 10.4 version wows modpack for CN server?

The CN server just released 10.4 version of wows. Can the moderator kindly post the correct version of the modepack? Thanks. 

I would like to help if you need anything specific to the CN server. 

PS I've tried to use 10.6 version with no luck.

I only have modpack for regular (non CN) https://www.mediafire.com/file/5en4r49yq94xvx5/Aslains_WoWs_Modpack_Installer_v.10.4.0_18.exe/file

 

After installation you have to copy the mods to proper bin number folder.
