XVM issue or some other mods that disabled shell tooltip during battle count down

Without mods installed, it is possible to hold the Ctrl key and hoover the mouse over the shell icon to display the shell tooltip that includes velocity, damage etc, during the 30 second battle count down.

 

However, with the mod pack installed (including XVM), this tooltip appears to be disabled until the battle actually begin.

Hard to tell, it can be many things, maybe don't install draggable xvm hitlog / dmg log (if you do).
