Stuck Loading after Any Changes in Garage

Any time I do any of the following, I get stuck in an infinite loading screen w/ the Aslain logo:

• Send crew to barracks
• Purchase equipment
• Move equipment
• Upgrade bond equipment

 

The only solution to get out of the loading screen is to completely close the game each time. This is effectively making it so that I have to launch the game in safe mode any time I want to move crews/equipment and then relaunch with mods to play a match.
