Can't switch tiers

Installed and when I attempt in the garage to change tiers the screen goes to daily missions.

I have it narrowed to three mods causing this issue.

Skins enabled for Type 59.

MOE calculations any of them.

WIN8 calculator.

If I install without those no problem.

Once the problem occurs I must remove all mod files with WGCHECK to fix the issue.
